NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today visited Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here to enquire about the condition of those injured in the serial blasts.
Singh was at the hospital for about 10 minutes during which he talked to the doctors attending the injured people.
He also interacted with the victims who have been admitted there and enquired about their treatment.
The Prime Minister had strongly condemned the blasts and appealed to the people to maintain calm. He expressed grief over the loss of lives in blasts, a PMO spokesman said yesterday.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Home Minister Shivraj Patil had also visited the hospital yesterday.
